🎫 SailPass – Temporary Membership

SailPass is a short‑term, day-by‑day membership that allows visitors and newcomers to participate in QLYC activities without needing full membership.

Ideal for:

• Crewing in club races
• Trying sailing before joining
• Visitors, friends, and family participating in events

What it provides:

• Temporary Australian Sailing registration
• Personal accident insurance for the selected day(s)

In accordance with Australian Sailing’s Racing Rule 46 (RRS 46), all non‑members participating in club sailing activities (skippers and crew) must hold a current SailPass.

SailPass is a great way to experience sailing at QLYC before deciding on full membership.

If you have been a member of QLYC or any other Australian sailing club in recent years, your details may already exist in the national system.

4. Begin Your Application

When you are ready to apply, visit the Membership Registration page and follow the prompts for new or returning members.
The online form will guide you through entering your details and selecting your membership class.
