Registrations for this event are closed.
Working bee over Friday and Saturday on grounds and set up of clubhouse and marquee for open day. Friday main day with Saturday final preparation.
Friday
- Repair gravel on eastern front deck area.
- Clean and tidy boatshed interior. (If required)
- Repair western ramp with road base as a temporary measure. Purchase load of road base and have delivered to site.
- Paint front ballistrade if required.
Friday / Saturday
1. Mowing of various areas around clubhouse and entry.
2. Cleanup of gardens around club.
3. Prepare clubhouse for Opening day.
4. Marque setup will be Sunday morning.
