Completion of a booking request will be taken by QLYC as confirmation that you agree to the Clubhouse Private Use Agreement Terms and Conditions. In note section detail your event and complete all sections of the application form.

Hire times between 8am to 11.45 pm.  Minimum hire 4 hours.

Hire charges are calculated at hourly rates capped at 8 hours. *(the day fee)

On approval an invoice for Venue Hire, Refundable Security Deposit and Insurance will be emailed for payment.

If the date and/or time you select is NOT AVAILABLE you will see the following message:
"This venue is unavailable at this time. Please select a different date and/or time."
