This workshop is open for all skippeers and crew who race at QLYC

It will be led by the Club Captain and State RO Frank McMahon

The workshop will cover 

• Essential understanding of the Flags used in racing and what they mean
• Starting sequence and any variations will be explained
• Rights and responsibilites when starting
• Penalties and protests
